Job Title: General Farm Worker 
Job Type: Permanent Full-time 
Number of Positions needed: 12
Wages: $ 16.75 per hour, 35 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave per year
 
Duties and Responsibilities
·      Till soil, plant seedlings, and cultivate crops
·      Water crops, apply fertilizers if needed
·      Identify disease and health problems in crops
·      Operate and maintain farm tools and equipment
·      Examine the quality of produce, clean and grade produces for market
·      Clean greenhouse and work area
·      Harvest vegetables by hand
 
Requirements and Personal Suitability
·      Be able to handle heavy loads
·      Be used to bending, crouching, and long-time standing
·      Organized and a good team player
 
Work Experience
·      Experience an asset
 
Education:
·       Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
